DOUBLE HEADER ON THE 31st

Following yesterday’s announcement that the BMR Raiders’ Travel Plus National League match against Birmingham, originally set for July 17th, has been postponed, the two clubs have moved quickly to re-schedule the fixture.
The teams will now clash at Rye House in what will become the second part of a double header meeting on Sunday, July 31st. The Somerset Rebels were already due in town that day to face in the BMR Rockets in Premier League action, and the Raiders-Brummies fixture will follow on directly from that.
With some thirty heats to shoe-horn into the meeting, the first Premier League race will now be at 4pm, rather than Rye House’s normal 6pm Sunday evening start.
Team BMR would like to publicly thank both the Birmingham and Somerset promotions for accommodating these changes, and for agreeing them so rapidly.
